下坪村是松口镇辖下的行政村，在山区中占有一片近千亩的平地。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子旧名下村，有三处大坝。从松口翻过一座山进入该村，会看到一片近千亩的平原，这在山区很少见，后来就改称下坪村。1949年属下坪乡，1950年属云梅乡，1959年设下坪大队，1987年改称管理区，1999年起称村委会。[1]
