联新村是惠东县平山街道下辖的行政村，原属多祝镇，2017年10月划入平山街道。[1]

地名由来[edit]

由南溪、水口、小塘三个组合成，取名联新。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1977年，联新大队从梌圩大队分出，1983年并回梌圩乡。1987年3月撤乡，依惠东府函〔1987〕13号文重设联新村委会；1990年称管理区，1998年复称村委会。2017年10月，经粤民函〔2017〕2295号文由多祝镇划入平山街道。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，联新村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
