白耀前村位于广东省惠州市博罗县园洲镇，是该镇下辖的行政村。村口原有一座庙，庙身偏白，村子起初叫「白庙前」；后因读音被别村误听成「白面前」，部分村民觉得带贬义，提议把「白庙」改作「白耀」，取光宗耀祖、荣耀在前之意，即白耀前。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

白耀前在新中国成立前属东莞第二区（石龙）下的菉兰乡，该乡在1954年转划东莞第六区（企石区）。1958年编入梁屋大队，1984年成为园洲区梁屋乡的一部分；1994年梁屋管理区撤销，分设江头、高头、白耀前三个管理区；1999年3月起为白耀前村民委员会。[2][3]

文化[edit]

  • 列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单（2019年9月公布）[3]
  • 2024年3月，被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」[3]
