柏湖村属博罗县观音阁镇，康熙年间由兴宁县石马镇的迁民建村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子建于康熙年间，居民从兴宁县石马镇马上村迁来；初到时周围湖塘很多，所以叫柏湖。清代属河源县，民国属河源县麻陂区，1949年后仍设麻陂区；1956年划入博罗县观音阁乡；1986年称区公所；1999年起为柏湖村民委员会。2021年12月获广东省卫生村称号。[1]
