泳新村属博罗县观音阁镇，由泳头村与新下塘、老下塘两村并成，村名取两村各一字。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代由苏州巡司署管；民国时跟着观音阁划给河源县；新中国成立后重回博罗；1983年起隶属区公所，三年后改称泳新管理区，至1999年设泳新村民委员会。2021年12月，获广东省卫生村称号。[1]
