历史沿革[edit]
相传此地原先荒芜，仅有一户罗姓人家住在山洞里，村名由此而来。[1]
清代属苏州巡检司，民国编入七区乙乡；1952年归三区石坝乡，1973年成立罗洞大队，1983年改罗洞乡，1986年为罗洞管理区，1990年起称罗洞村民委员会。2019年9月，村被列入广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
