乌坭湖村是广东省惠州市博罗县石坝镇下辖的行政村，以三黄胡须鸡闻名，多次入选农业农村部的名单。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村旁有一口湖塘，塘底全是黑泥，村名由此而来。[1]
清代属苏州巡检司，民国编入七区乙乡；1952年划归一区石坝乡，1973年成立乌坭湖大队，1986年称乌坭湖管理区，1990年起称乌坭湖村民委员会。[1]
三黄胡须鸡是村的特色产业。2020年8月入选「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」；同年11月，又由农业农村部列为「第十批全国一村一品示范村镇」；农业农村部2021年10月将其推介为「全国乡村特色产业亿元村」，2023年3月又推介为「全国乡村特色产业产值超亿元村」（按2022年产值）；2026年1月，被评为广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。此外，村在2017年10月获首批“广东省卫生村”称号。[1]
