历史沿革[edit]
明朝后期，罗姓人家在两山夹持的山洞一带居住，称罗屋，地名罗洞。1958年建人民公社后罗沙乡分为两个大队，本队在罗洞之下，称下罗沙，后改下罗大队；1984年2月起称下罗乡，1987年1月12日定名为下罗村民委员会，直到2020年才更名为罗洞村村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村委会离市区约2公里，在丘陵地带引进了花岗岩采石场增加集体收入；山上种桉树，水田种稻和花生，鱼塘养四大家鱼，塘基养猪。[1]
