共和村是广东省肇庆市怀集县幸福街道辖下的行政村，原属闸岗镇，在原镇政府偏西约4.5公里，面积约20平方千米，是原闸岗镇最偏远的村委会。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

相传清代老鸦寨一带匪患严重，村民联合邻近村庄成立“共和团”自卫，办高级社时沿用“共和”之名。[1]共和村民委员会是2005年由三多、罗架两个村委会合并而成的。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

共有2400人，下设16个村民小组；2008年建成通镇的村道，收入主要靠劳务输出和林业，并建有山上种林、地上养猪、水里养鱼的立体种养基地。[1]2019年9月，共和村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单」；2022年10月被认定为「广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」（鹧鸪）；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
