怀高村是广东省肇庆市怀集县幸福街道辖下的行政村，原属怀城镇，在原镇区西部，毗邻闸岗，距县城约2公里。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

办高级社时，以“怀城”“高凤”各取一字定名；其中高凤村在怀城近郊。[1]怀高一带1955年办高级社，1958年转为生产大队；1983年起依次设乡、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1998年改称村民委员会。2020年起归幸福街道管辖。[1][2]

人口与经济[edit]
