新朝村是广东省肇庆市鼎湖区永安镇的行政村，面积约5平方千米，下辖9个村民小组。明洪武年间，卢氏自四会龙头乡迁来建村定居。[1][2]

村情材料载，全村336户、1256人，耕地2100亩。[1] 2019年9月，村在2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单之列。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年以前隶高要县第四区；1953年属第九区新围乡。1961年，新围大队与朝北大队合并为新朝大队，隶永安人民公社，村名由此而来。1983年4月起称新朝乡，1986年起称新朝村，1988年3月后属鼎湖区，1998年10月起设村民委员会。[2]
