四股村是广东省肇庆市鼎湖区永安镇的行政村，面积约7平方千米，下辖10个村民小组。据载明代蔡氏自七坑迁来定居。[1]

村情材料载，全村575户、1628人，耕地3251亩。[1] 2019年9月，村在2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单之列。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年以前隶高要县第四区；1955年3月划入永安区岐洲乡，1959年7月起为永安人民公社的四股大队。1983年4月改四股乡，1986年改四股村，1988年3月划归鼎湖区，1998年10月改称村委会。[1]
