甫草村是广东省肇庆市鼎湖区永安镇的行政村，面积约3.5平方千米，下辖16个村民小组。宋咸淳年间（1265—1274），村民祖先自南雄珠玑巷（原文作珠巩巷）迁来建村。[1]

村情材料载，全村542户、1762人，耕地3223亩。[1] 2019年9月，村在2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单之列；2024年3月获评「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
历史沿革与地名[edit]
1949年以前隶高要县第四区；1953年划入第九区三八乡，1957年3月另立甫草乡，1959年7月起为永安人民公社的甫草大队。1983年4月起称甫草乡，1986年起称甫草村，1988年3月后属鼎湖区，1998年10月起设村民委员会。[1]
