历史沿革[edit]
1949年以前隶高要县第四区；1953年属第九区新围乡，1959年7月起为永安人民公社的高兰大队。1983年4月起称高兰乡，1986年起称高兰村，1988年3月后属鼎湖区，1998年10月起设村民委员会。[2]
