桂溪村是广东省肇庆市鼎湖区永安镇的行政村，面积约5平方千米，下辖5个村民小组。据载明初黄氏自金利四甲迁来定居。[1]

村情材料载，全村275户、841人，耕地1879亩。[1] 2019年9月，村在2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单之列。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年以前隶高要县第四区；1953年属第九区三八乡，1955年3月属永安区桂溪乡，1959年7月起为永安人民公社的桂溪大队。1983年4月起称桂溪乡，1986年起称桂溪村，1988年3月后属鼎湖区，1998年10月起设村民委员会。[1]
