大朗村是广东省肇庆市鼎湖区永安镇的行政村，面积约8平方千米，下辖4个村民小组，是清末举人梁赞燊的家乡。据载明代梁氏自甫草迁来建村。[1][2]

村情材料载，全村562户、1915人，耕地4370亩。[1] 2019年9月，村在2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单之列。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年以前隶高要县第四区；1953年属第九区岐溪，1959年7月起为永安人民公社的大朗大队。1983年4月起称大朗乡，1986年起称大朗村，1988年3月后属鼎湖区，1998年10月起设村民委员会。[1]

著名人物[edit]

梁赞燊生于1874年，卒于1961年，表字粹珊，出生于当时的高要县永安乡大塱村，即今大朗村。关于他何时中举，博雅地名网称1906年（光绪三十二年），百度百科称1897年（光绪二十三年）。他当过广肇罗甲种农业学堂的校长，又在城濠公所总理任上先后两次致函李济深，使肇庆的宋代城墙得以保存，并主编《民国高要县志》。[1][2]
