高兰村是广东省肇庆市鼎湖区永安镇的行政村，面积约6平方千米，下辖3个村民小组。明万历年间（1573—1620），黎氏、温氏分别从桂溪和西旺迁此建村。[1][2]

村情材料载，全村218户、822人，耕地2600亩。[1] 2019年9月，村在2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单之列。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年以前隶高要县第四区；1953年属第九区新围乡，1959年7月起为永安人民公社的高兰大队。1983年4月起称高兰乡，1986年起称高兰村，1988年3月后属鼎湖区，1998年10月起设村民委员会。[2]
