新华农场是广东省茂名市化州市下辖的类似乡级单位，统计用区划代码440982402，场区在平定镇境内。其经营主体为广东农垦新华农场有限公司，是一家国营农场，归广东省农垦集团公司的茂名分公司管理，该分公司又称茂名农垦局。[1]

据维基百科条目所引茂名农垦信息网的招聘公告，农场创建于1952年。[1]国家地名信息库把农场的辖区单列为化州市的一级类似乡级单位。[1]

农场归属的公司辖有7万多亩土地，种植橡胶、油茶和南药；茂名农垦局下属的茶叶生产也只在这里。本部分设6个部门，另有直属单位4个、作业区5个。[1]

维基百科条目记载农场人口为1789人（未注明年份）。国家统计局的统计用区划代码中，新华农场下只列有一个“新华农场虚拟生活区”，没有行政村或社区。[1]
