南门社区是广东省湛江市雷州市雷城街道下辖的社区，区划代码440882001006，在城乡划分中属主城区（分类代码111）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

名称来历：社区居委会靠近雷州古城的南城门，故名南门。[1] 沿革：1964年以前是行政街；60年代末成立南门管理区和大队；1998年为办事处，之后的1999年到2005年是南门居委会。2007年起改为社区居民委员会。[1]

2019年9月，该社区列入广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
