旺龙村是鹤山市桃源镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境中部，距镇区约500米，村委会设在镇区内，下有龙珠、旺田、旺边、太平、珠岗5个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋咸淳年间（1266—1274年），李姓先祖从南雄珠玑巷迁来建村；桃源河从村的东南流过。[1] 村名的说法是，辖区内山岭多像卧龙，取兴旺之意。[1] 1983年称旺龙乡，1986年称旺龙管理区，1998年起为旺龙村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

2002年人口1908人，耕地62公顷，农闲时多数村民到附近工厂做工或从事建筑业；辖内有桃源小学。[1] 制伞业在村里起步于20世纪80年代，起初是家庭作坊，生产简单的雨伞配件，后来形成伞骨加工、裁布和成品组装的生产环节。[2] 据2025年的报道，村内聚集了约140家企业，伞篷业吸纳约2000人就业；村集体盘活闲置厂房并开发自留地70余亩，村组两级年租金收入超过450万元。[2] 2024年，镇里投资420万元改造桃源大道南段，该路段经过旺龙村。[2] 2026年1月，旺龙村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

桃源回澜桥在龙珠村口，建于清代，是江门市文物保护单位，2021年5月11日随第六批名单公布。[3]
