迳头社区是广东省江门市开平市三埠街道下辖的社区，位于新昌南面，北面隔江正对新昌，东面是台山公义，南面通向台山白沙，西面挨着思始村和南山村，开平环城公路从中穿过。[1][2]

地名与地理[edit]

相传辖区内有一条通往台山的山径，南端的小山岗叫迳头，因这里是进入开平的首站，社区以此得名。总面积5平方千米，多为潭江冲积平原；博雅地名网载有887户、3090人，23条自然村，耕地625亩。[2]

经济与教育[edit]

社区集体经济收入2022年为434万元，2023年为593万元，增长36.6%，2024年目标623万元。辖区内有迳头小学、吴汉良理工学校等学校；社区支持迳头小学扩建，该校先后承办2023年的广东省小学生排球锦标赛，以及粤港澳大湾区的男子排球锦标赛。2024年11月1日，社区的迳头肉菜零批市场开业。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2026年4月，迳头社区与三围村同被评为广东省第三批「百县千镇万村高质量发展工程」典型村。[3]
