博雅地名网载有498户、1763人，自然村16条，耕地455亩，种植蔬菜与水稻各占一半。村委会借台荻公路扩建之机，规划公路两侧的工业与商住用地。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代归新宁（台山）县平康都，民国时期是台山县第四区的南山乡。1952年，南山乡划入开平县第一区；1955年并入长沙区思南乡；1956年又编入敦思乡。[1]
