长沙东社区是广东省江门市开平市三埠街道下辖的社区，位于旧长沙埠的东部，辖区面积0.6平方千米，居民住宅以高层楼宇为主，共有楼宇368栋。[1]

据博雅地名网，社区共8221户、22175人，其中户籍19906人，另有3061人属非户籍人口。社区东邻港口社区，南面是潭江，西邻长沙西社区，北隔苍江与长沙街道相望。[1]

历史沿革与荣誉[edit]

1987年称长沙东管理区；1999年起为社区居民委员会；2002年，原星光居委会并入本社区。2022年1月，社区被确定为2021年江门市绿色社区。[1][2]
