碧江社区是佛山市顺德区北滘镇下辖的社区，位于镇区东北约5.8千米处，被称为顺德的「东大门」。[1][2]村子宋代已建，既是历史文化名村也是传统村落，碧江金楼古建筑群就在社区内。[1][2]

名称与历史沿革[edit]

据县志，碧江宋代建村，旧称「迫岗」，因村中土岗上两块岩石相互挤迫而得名，后改用同音的「碧江」。[1][2]另有说法称村名来自一座叫碧岗的小山岗，并说建村于南宋初年。[4]碧江起初隶属番禺的紫泥司龙头堡，1452年（景泰三年）改隶新设的顺德县；民国时属第三区；新中国成立后先后归第三区、陈村区、陈村公社，北滘公社成立后改属北滘。[2]1990年改称街道，2001年村改居时，碧江、坤洲、都宁三个村居合并为现在的碧江社区居委会。[2]

社区概况[edit]

辖区8.9平方千米，设12个居民小组；社区自述常住人口2.8万，其中户籍14827人。[2]碧江是商业重地，2014年止社区内有企业268家、个体商铺1112户，引入多个高端汽车品牌的销售服务店，并改造了德云市场。[2]2012年工农业总产值约30亿元，到2014年，村与村民小组两级的集体收入共5213万元，靠出租物业和收管理费为主。[2]

文化与古建筑[edit]

据社区介绍，明景泰三年建县起至清末，碧江出过举人106名、进士17名，学者和书法家有苏珥、苏葵、梁若衡等。[2]清代典籍《五山志林》有「俗以祠堂为重，宏丽者莫盛于碧江」之说，村里的祠堂、书塾、民居与园林，用的是干打垒、蚝壳墙、水磨砖和镬耳山墙，带有典型的岭南风格。[2]

2002年社区推出「碧江金楼古建筑群」景点，主体是金楼、职方第、泥楼、见龙门、南山祠等十七处省、市级保护文物；当年金楼被列为省级文物保护单位。[2][3]2018年该景区获国家3A级旅游景区称号。[4]金楼原名赋鹤楼，是苏丕文所建；苏丕文在兵部职方司任职，1843年回乡营建职方第，并附建此楼，因楼内木雕施以泥金、贴金而得名。[3]慕堂苏公祠和对面的砖雕大照壁同为省级文物保护单位，大照壁的砖雕出自晚清名匠南海梁进兄弟，完成时间比广州陈家祠晚4年。[4]抗日战争期间，村里曾是广东省立广雅中学的校舍所在。[4]

荣誉[edit]

建设部与国家文物局在2005年9月将碧江列入「第二批中国历史文化名村」；2012年12月，它进入「第一批中国传统村落」名录；2023年11月入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村；2024年4月又在广东省首批乡村振兴示范村创建名单中。[1]
