大寮村是汕头市潮南区成田镇下辖的行政村，在镇东北部、练江下游南岸，西邻东盐村，东连陇田镇，北接潮阳区和平镇。[1]村里的大寮嵌瓷是国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目，村有“嵌瓷之乡”之称。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明永乐年间（1403年至1424年），许善庆带着家人从溪头村迁来，搭寮居住，村名由此而来。[2]博雅地名网另记，村早先叫“大坛乡”，因江边曾有码头“大坛”，是潮阳通往上海、香港和泰国的出入口之一。[1]

1951年大寮从和平区划出，归成田管辖，属篮美乡；1958年为金星公社大寮大队，1961年11月归成田人民公社，1987年3月为成田镇下辖村委会。[1]

据博雅地名网，村民姓许、范、刘，人口1899人（该页未注明年份）。[1]

经济[edit]

农业种水稻、生柑，并有淡水养殖。2001年村“两委”换届之后，村里陆续投资1400多万元建公园、村址、学校、文化活动中心和综合市场，办起大寮嵌瓷工艺社，引进音像公司、织布厂和纸箱厂。[1]

文化[edit]

嵌瓷是潮汕、闽南一带的建筑装饰工艺，用彩釉瓷片拼贴出人物、花鸟、走兽，俗称“聚饶”“贴饶”或“扣饶”。[2][3]大寮嵌瓷的创始人是许石泉，他于清光绪三十二年（1906年）拜潮阳溪头的吴丹成为师；1936年，应南洋实业家胡文虎的邀请，他在汕头胡氏制药大楼上做了嵌瓷《跳涧猛虎》。[2][3]技艺在许氏家族传了四代：许梅村、许梅州、许梅三为第二代，许志华等为第三代，许少雄、许少鹏等为第四代；2008年许少雄、许少鹏被评为省级传承人，2014年许锡通、许锡豪被评为市级传承人。[2]大寮嵌瓷于2008年6月入选第二批国家级非物质文化遗产。[2][3]
