王亭石村在南雄市全安镇东北，离镇政府约1千米，1950年编为王亭石乡农会，属南雄县第六区温泉乡。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年以自然村为单位成立互助组，1955年办初级社，1956年并为高级社，1958年改大队，属全安公社；1967年成立革命委员会，1981年恢复大队；1983年编为乡，1986年改管理区，1998年撤区设村。[1]

经济[edit]

约2009年前后的数据：11个村民小组，276户、1172人，耕地1145亩，主要收入为加工厂和山塘承包款，帮扶项目为创办肉牛养殖场。[1]
