杨沥村在南雄市全安镇西北，离镇政府约3千米，村名来自杨沥岩，岩为南雄古六景之一。[1]
地名[edit]
博雅地名网说，汉代杨仆曾到此登岩观瀑，人们把他登临的岩称作杨沥岩，意为杨仆游历之地，后写作「杨沥」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
杨沥乡在1949至1954年隶南雄县第六区，1957年随温泉乡，1962年成大队并归全安公社；1983年改乡，1988年改管理区，1998年撤区建村。[1]
经济[edit]
约2009年前后的数据：总面积16.2平方千米，15个村民小组，551户、2216人，耕地1632亩，山林2.26万多亩；辖区内有韶关市乐华陶瓷洁具有限公司和江桥、志同等水电站。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月获广东省卫生村称号；2020年8月入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（水果）。[1]
