全安镇在广东省韶关市南雄市中北部，邻近市区，镇政府设在郭公岭，离市区约4.5千米。东邻珠玑镇和雄州街道，南接古市镇与始兴县马市镇，西连百顺镇，北靠澜河镇。2023年全镇辖1个社区、13个行政村，户籍人口29046人，是南雄市扩容提质的重点区域，辖区内设有两个园区：南雄产业转移工业园的二园区，以及广东南雄绿色植保产业园。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地明代属九成乡正化都，清初属正上三都，1854年（咸丰四年）改都为约；民国时期先后属八区全安乡、第一区。1958年建卫星人民公社，后一度归城郊公社，1962年成立全安人民公社；1984年改区，1986年改乡，1994年6月设镇。[2]

2001年，原苍石镇撤销并入全安镇，章禾洞等村由此划归本镇。[5]

关于镇名，博雅地名网的解释是取「全部平安」的吉祥之意。[2]

地理环境[edit]

南雄市政府公众信息网称，镇内近半数村委会在山区，其余为半山区和平原。土壤主要由花岗岩风化而成，有黄壤、红壤；年均气温19.6摄氏度，无霜期292天。浈江流经镇境约2千米，另有凌江、大坪水等共7条河流，大坪水上游建有苍石水库；另建有6座水电站，合计装机6620千瓦。山地7307.4公顷，林地占6119.2公顷，森林覆盖率为52.2%。[1]

国道G323线和省道S342线穿过镇境，南韶高速在镇旁设南雄出入口，距韶赣铁路南雄站4.5千米。镇政府到各村委会都已通水泥路。[1]

各资料给出的面积不一：南雄市政府公众信息网为190.90平方千米，百度百科为190.44平方千米，博雅地名网则仍写约113.5平方千米（应是合并苍石镇之前的旧数），本条目取前者。[1][2][3]

2023年全镇地区生产总值10.579亿元，比上年增长5%；一般公共预算收入1128万元；各村和社区的集体经营性纯收入合计283.22万元。当年粮食播种45497亩，上造19818亩、下造25679亩，以水稻为主。同年整治撂荒地2491.24亩。[1]

博雅地名网记述，全安历史上以水稻、黄烟、蚕桑、花生、大豆和蔬菜为主产，曾是南雄县城的蔬菜供应基地之一，并出产白果、柑橘；乡镇企业有花岗岩板材、竹制工艺品和小水电。[2]

2023年镇内有中小学4所、教师113人、在校学生2260人；镇卫生院1所，村卫生站13个。[1]全安镇在2024年3月获评广东省卫生乡镇（2023年度）。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

苍石寨在苍石村，由九座山峰组成，山势险要，旧时是当地人避乱结寨之处，属红色丹霞地貌，占地约4.5平方千米。[4]南雄市政府公众信息网把苍石列为南雄新十景之一，景点还有情人谷。[1]

杨沥岩（该网写作杨历岩）在杨沥村，旧有祗林寺，已毁，瀑布因引水灌溉也已消失，重阳节仍有人登山。宋代窑址在陂头村莲塘坳，据称在广东已知的宋代窑址中保存较完整。河塘村麦家巷发掘出一座明代碗砖结构墓（1983年），广东省内首次见到这种形制。[1]

南雄望夫桥在半迳水村，清代建，双孔石拱平桥，长25米，宽3.5米，用青色麻石砌成。[2]

历史事件[edit]

抗日战争的粤北战役中，1945年2月2日至3日，守军560团第一、三营在苍石无坑水的216高地，与自百顺向东进犯的日军第四十师团234联队交战，日军伤亡较大。[1]

著名人物[edit]

胡日初（1828—1900）出生于石岭下村，号旭斋，表字正元；1856年乡试中举，后来代理过福建分巡兵备道，获诰授资政大夫。[1]李子亮（1906—1975）是章禾洞村人，其父为基督教牧师。邱金成（1871—1942）是廓公岭村人，清优附贡生，1932年任南雄县首届参议会参议员。[2]
