历史沿革[edit]

嶂下的建制沿革：1958年设为大队，1983年设乡政府，1987年改设村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年恢复村委会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

村小组为谢家、陈家、彭家、柑子坪、老屋场。收入以水稻和竹木为主，也靠外出务工和禽畜养殖。[1]2019年9月，嶂下村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
