黑石村是曲江区大塘镇下辖的行政村。境内一处山岗散落着许多黑色石块，因此得名。[1]村委会在106国道沿线，距镇政府驻地约8.5公里，有8个村民小组，196户1025人。[1]

2019年9月，黑石村在2018年度省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位中有名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

公社化时期（1961年3月起）为大塘公社的黑石大队；1966年改称红石大队，1976年复称黑石大队；撤社建乡改革后的1983年11月起称黑石乡，到1986年12月又定名黑石村委会，其间1989年曾叫管理区，1998年12月恢复村委会之名。[1]
