陂头村是广东省广州市增城区永宁街道下辖的行政村，元代至正年间由钟姓先祖从番禺迁来建村。[1] 村名来自村边河上所筑的水陂。[1] 明代学者湛若水的墓在村内天蚕山麓，是广东省文物保护单位。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据村情介绍，元代至正年间，钟氏先祖钟秀林自番禺迁来立村，称陂头村。[1] 土改后一度叫白水乡，高级社时期叫陂头高级社，1958年编为陂头大队，隶新塘公社。[1] 1976年起属永和公社，公社撤销后成为永和区辖下的陂头乡；1987年乡改为村，设村民委员会，由永和镇管辖；永和镇并入新塘镇后随之转属，2012年12月划入永宁街道。[1]

经济与建设[edit]

博雅地名网转载的村情称，全村约1100人，面积4.5平方公里（页面未注明年份）。[1] 村里先后投入200多万元建停车场，硬化村前大街，砌鱼塘石堤，修建篮球场、图书阅览室和小公园，重修了钟氏祠堂，并被定为创建生态文明村的试点。[1]

2023年4月公布的「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单中有陂头村；2026年1月，村又获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

湛若水墓位于陂头村天蚕山麓，明代修建，用灰沙三合土版筑，随山势分四级，列入「第四批广东省文物保护单位」。[2][1]
