平山村是广州市花都区花山镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类为城乡结合区。[1] 这里原是一座小山丘，明代正统年间（1436年—1449年）人们把山丘铲平建村，村名由此而来。[1]

村内有勋庐和思明东校，都是广州市文物保护单位。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

东村、平山、联民、联合四个高级农业社设于1956年；两年后各自转为大队，1960年四队合一，改称平山大队。生产队制于1983年取消，随后设平山乡。[1] 村民委员会1987年1月成立，起初归花山区公所，同年3月归花山镇。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

勋庐又名读月楼、德仔楼，建于1927年，类别为「近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑」；广州市人民政府在2008年12月19日把它列入第七批市级文物保护单位。[1][2]

思明东校建于1925年，也在2008年12月入选同一批保护单位，位置靠近今花山华侨中学的教学楼。[1]

荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会于2017年10月授予平山村「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2021年12月，又获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1] 村在2020、2021、2022年三年都入选淘宝村名单。[1]
