历史沿革[edit]
明代后期，这里已叫「满塘儒」。上世纪60年代，三村、四村两个大队合并为儒林大队；1961年改称红卫大队，1973年恢复原名，1983年队制取消，设儒林乡。村民委员会设于1987年1月，起初属花山区公所，3月转归花山镇。[1]
经济[edit]
2009年末，村里约600多户、2551人，另有外来人口600多人，分18个生产队、2个经济社。收入主要来自鱼塘、蔬菜、厂房用地的租金和管理费，山前旅游大道从村北通过。[1] 儒林村在2022年10月进入淘宝村名单。[1]
