石碁村是广州市番禺区石碁镇政府所在的城区村，也是石碁镇得名的村，面积4.6平方公里，东接官涌村，南邻前锋村，北靠莲塘村[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

村子明初成村，称石碁。相传这里有名「龟如石」的地方，留有石制棋盘和棋子，村名由此而来（古时「碁」与「棋」通用）[1]。人民公社化时称石碁大队，1987年设石碁村民委员会[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

全村1340户，在册居民4678人，另有约1.2万外来人员；下设16个村民小组，经济上村、队两级并行[1][2]。村内有企业110多家，经营皮具、纸品、机械、玻璃制品、玩具、制衣等；村集体收入主要是厂房和商铺的租金，2009年总收入1391万元，村一级占871万元，各生产队占520万元[1]。

石碁村2020年至2022年入选淘宝村名单；2023年12月被命名为广州市健康社区（村）；2025年12月被认定为番禺区高质量就业社区（村）[1][2]。
