历史沿革[edit]
明代洪武年间成村；民国时期属同安乡，新中国成立初与南浦、永善合并为官南永乡，「文化大革命」中改称光明大队，1974年恢复官涌村之名，其后改称官涌乡，1987年成立村民委员会[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
村内保存有关帝庙、长生庙、金花庙、观音庙和古祠堂，还有明清时茭塘司与沙湾司分界的小溪及分司桥[2][3]。
著名人物[edit]
在港澳经商的高可宁是官涌人，曾任澳门商会会长，1926年回乡捐资创办德成义学；书法家、书法教育家麦华三和考古学家麦英豪也出自本村[2][3]。
经济[edit]
全村约2.199平方公里，在册人口1824人，设9个村民小组；以出租农用地、厂房和商铺为主要收入，主要产业为服装和电子，2009年集体收入595.34万元[1][3]。
