新龙镇是广东省广州市黄埔区东部的建制镇，2019年由原九龙镇的镇龙片区分出设立，下辖镇龙、中泰天境2个社区和11个行政村[1][2]。镇域有油麻山、金坑水库，居民多为客家人，镇内流传客家山歌和貔貅舞[1][5][6]。

历史沿革[edit]

今新龙镇一带原是增城县的镇龙片区。2004年镇龙镇划入增城市中新镇；2005年8月该片划归萝岗区，2006年与原九佛镇一带合并为九龙镇；2014年萝岗区并入黄埔区，九龙镇也随之属黄埔区[2][3][4]。

2019年，依粤民函〔2019〕425号，九龙镇被撤销，原地分设龙湖街道、九佛街道和新龙镇，新龙镇于5月30日挂牌[1][4]。镇名取自原镇龙一带的村社，又因读音近「兴隆」，含兴旺之意[2]。

地理环境[edit]

镇在黄埔区东部，面积百度百科记为75.87平方千米，博雅地名网的信息栏另有约175.1平方千米的写法，两个数字相差很大，本条以前者为准[1][2]。油麻山主峰海拔433.6米，位于镇的中部，山体主要是形成于奥陶纪的花岗岩[6]。金坑水库建在西福河支流金坑河上游，1959年9月动工，1964年4月竣工，集水面积41平方千米，总库容1927.8万立方米[5]。

行政区划[edit]

镇辖镇龙、中泰天境2个社区和11个行政村。镇龙村所在的镇龙圩，是原镇龙镇政府驻地，圩因镇龙古庙得名；中泰天境社区2020年设立，以辖区内的住宅小区命名[2][3]。福山村、福洞村在1952年同属福山乡，1984年又合为福洞乡，1986年末分开各自建村[9][13]。新田村建村于宋代，据说已有580年历史；麦村的名字由明代的「麦约」演变而来；迳头村的「迳」指小路[3][11]。

村级建制的沿革大体相同：1958年各村先后编为生产大队，一并划给中新公社；1976年镇龙公社另立，各大队转归它管辖；1984年公社改区，各村设乡；1986年末撤区建镇，乡改为行政村管委会，1989年改称村民委员会[7][8][9][13]。

人口民族[edit]

第七次全国人口普查时，新龙镇人口为4.196万人，在黄埔区各街镇中位列第15位[2]。镇内多数村民是客家人，如金坑村、均和村、福山村的村民[7][8][9]。

经济[edit]

镇内以农业见长：洋田村在2007年被定为广州市20个蔬菜专业村之一，2020年又列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（蔬菜）；新田村也有村民种蔬菜和绿化苗木[2][10][11]。2020年、2021年和2022年，新龙镇三度上榜阿里研究院等发布的淘宝镇名单[2]。2023年3月，列为「广东省2022年度休闲农业与乡村旅游示范镇」[2]。

百度百科记载，镇内有客家山歌、貔貅舞两项非物质文化遗产[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

  • 油麻山：抗战时期，增城沦陷区的抗日武装以此为据点之一，东江纵队等曾在山中活动；今建有免费开放的森林公园，登山步道全长约3.6公里[6]。
  • 金坑水库：隔水库相望是金坑森林公园，面积约500万平方米；库区四周修有金坑河碧道[5]。详见金坑村。

广州地铁14号线设镇龙北站、镇龙站，21号线设金坑站、镇龙西站、镇龙站[12]。
