历史沿革[edit]
竹林乡友爱社是1957年的建制；到1964年，九楼与大坦、麦村合为大坦大队，属中新公社；1977年九楼自成一队；1984年建九楼乡，1989年起称九楼村委会[1][3]。此后归属数变：2004年划入增城市中新镇，2005年8月转到萝岗区九龙镇，2014年黄埔区接管，2019年起隶属新龙镇[3]。
地理与经济[edit]
村域约3.5平方公里，有山地5200亩、耕地2500亩（水田1100亩、旱地1200亩）[2]。博雅地名网载有常住430户1900人，村内有化工厂三家、涂料厂一家，农业以水稻、蔬菜和养殖为主，另有一所小学[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2024年11月，获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」[1]。
