坡头村是福建省宁德市霞浦县沙江镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西北端，西边接壤盐田乡，南边紧靠溪南镇。主村背山面海，正对盐田港。全村共3个自然村，563户，博雅地名网载有2265人。[1][2][3]

据博雅地名网，村子位于一处小坡的边上，故名坡头。[1]

土地面积约4440亩，其中耕地约1054亩，农地约194亩，林地约2457亩，杂地约929亩。滩涂面积约4840亩，其中围垦约3000亩，港道养殖区约500亩，种植红树林约200亩。[1]

种植业有杨梅、脐橙、蜜柚和马铃薯。陆上养殖南美白对虾与金钢虾，海上养殖则以海蛎、龙须菜、海带为主，滩涂养蛏约3000亩。[1]
