东华村在龙田镇东南沿海，辖区面积约2平方千米。[1][2]

村民经济以兴办水产加工与销售企业，以及在外地投资为主。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧属崇德乡时和里，境名东华，元代沿用；明代归南上隅时和里6图，1910年划入龙田镇。1943年设8甲，1950年归第三区东施乡。[1]

1958年改为东华大队；1984年改设东华村委会；1985年由原8个小组分为16个小组。[1]

现有耕地320亩，滩涂298亩。[2]

住户560户，2090人，村民小组16个。村党委下设11个党支部，3个为临时支部，党员103人。[2]

经济[edit]

村中有多家水产企业，村企业家还在外地兴办钢铁企业。[2]

村子获得的荣誉有福州市生态村、绿化村、卫生村，以及省级卫生村等。[2]

东华村于2022年12月被福建省农业农村厅定为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」，主导产品是虾。[1]
