历史沿革[edit]

1950年9月称新塘乡，1958年改为新塘大队，1984年改大队为村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

东面紧挨东墘村，西边是马墘村，北侧与大湖村、上苑村相连，南端则为箬洋村。全村土地合计16244亩，其中耕地2506亩，山地10596亩。[1]
