龙田村位于董奉山下，村名原作田墘，后雅化为龙田。村中有龙田党支部旧址，为长乐古槐一带首个中共支部所在地。[1][2]

因村在田畔，原取名田墘，后雅化为龙田。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村子早先归善政乡廉风里，元代分属十一都一图与二图，其中一部分为新团境，另一部分为元明西境。全村辖龙田、井南、港尾、董厝四个自然村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

龙田党支部旧址位于本村。1932年4月，村中成立党支部，郑长贺任书记；1936年12月郑长贺被捕，支部活动停止，遗址解放后损毁。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，村子被命名为2021年度福建省森林村庄。2022年12月，村子被确定为2022年度福州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。2024年12月，村子被认定为福州市2024年市级「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为西蓝花。[1]
