龙溪村在东涌镇东部，距镇中心13公里，邻红海湾经济开发区，汕遮公路绕村而过，下辖两个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前归田墘区公所管辖，解放初称民安乡，属东冲区；公社化初期为民安大队，1974年析出设龙溪大队，隶东涌公社；1989年称龙溪管理区；1999年起称龙溪村委会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
人口4680人，耕地3040亩，其中水田1780亩、旱地1260亩，产水稻、番薯和蔬菜，村里有蔬菜种植基地。村里发动乡贤和海外友人捐资，新建了龙溪小学教学楼，修建了村内外道路和水沟。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年8月，省农业农村厅公布首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，该村以无花果入选。[1]
