历史沿革[edit]
1950年至1958年，一带称海丰县第七区华山乡，乡址在田墘北山村。1959年至1972年安华与龙溪合并为安华大队，队部设在龙溪村；1973年两者分开，贵子埔、石奎、大塘美、郭厝寮和朱妈寮五个自然村合称安华大队。1983年称安化乡，1989年起设安华管理区，归汕尾市城区东涌镇，1999年设村委会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
875户、4757人，山地6685亩，水田1216亩，园地1570亩，菜地527亩，鱼塘40亩，另有石奎水库一座。该村是东涌镇重要的农田保护区，种水稻和蔬菜。2002年建成两层的安华小学教学楼，2004年完成9公里村道硬底化，2005年建成村委会办公楼并引进皮革厂，2009年组建农民专业合作社。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，进入2018年度「广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」之列；2021年9月，省农业农村厅公布第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，该村以安华农家羊入选；2021年12月获省卫生村称号。[1]
