宝楼村在汕尾城区东郊，是东涌镇的行政村，村内总人口1855人，面积4.05平方千米。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国初期隶流安乡，东冲区管辖；人民公社时期成立宝楼大队，归东涌公社；1989年设宝楼管理区；1999年成立宝楼村委会。[1]
土地与经济[edit]
村域中生态公益林约2.05平方千米，基本农田保护区约1.15平方千米，其余约0.85平方千米为乡村发展区等用地。村民主要靠经济作物，种荔枝、龙眼和青梅。已投入350多万元修建村道，硬底化公路长7.3公里；2005年人均可支配收入4000多元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，进入2018年度「广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」之列。[1]
