施公寮村位于遮浪街道的施公寮半岛前端，辖2个自然村，总人口2791人，是街道最偏远的村委会，靠连岛公路与省道相连。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，施公寮与芝兰港、新围、西湖四村合组施公寮乡；1958年改大队，1987年称管区。1999年行政体制改革，施公寮、芝兰港两村划为施公寮村委会，新围、西湖另组新围村委会。[1]
经济与古迹[edit]
以渔业为主，传统作业有刺围潜捞、中海拖围，出产石斑、对虾、海胆。辖区有苏成、苏利抗清驻兵的古营寨遗址，还建有风电场，当地称“风车岛”。[1]2023年，半岛上的养殖场清退并复绿，施公寮是街道义务植树的6个村之一。[2]
