祝丰村是梅州市大埔县青溪镇西部的行政村，辖8个村民小组，在册201户、约925人。^[1]原名桂竹园，1956年农业高级社取名“祝丰社”，寓意预祝林茂粮丰。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年建政时与坪沙合设“坪桂乡”。明嘉靖三十六年（1557年）属平沙社，清乾隆九年（1744年）属平沙甲，民国时属石上区平沙乡；1958年10月成立大队，1961年1月起属青溪公社；1983年12月称祝丰乡，1986年12月称村，1988年改管理区，1998年改设村民委员会。^[1]

村民种水稻、烤烟，并依法对矿产资源进行勘探；年度农村经济总收入记为767万元。^[1]
