青溪村是梅州市大埔县青溪镇的行政村，在青溪水库（青电库区）左岸，辖13个村民小组，在册220户、约967人。[1]有溪水穿村而过，两岸绿树翠竹，起初名清溪，后改作青溪。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明嘉靖三十六年（1557年）属清溪社，清乾隆九年（1744年）属永青甲，民国三十二年（1943年）属石上区永青乡。1949年后先后属永平乡、埔北区青溪乡；1958年入埔城公社，1961年改隶青溪公社；1983年12月起称乡，1986年12月起称青溪村，1988年改管理区，1998年改设村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

村民种水稻、烤烟，养猪、养羊；年度农村经济总收入记为1125万元，村里正在把库区建成旅游区。[1]

文化[edit]

中央红色交通线经过“大埔青溪村”，是上海通往中央苏区的秘密通道在广东境内的一站。[2]
