历史沿革[edit]
明嘉靖三十六年（1557年）属虎头砂社铲坑村，清乾隆九年（1744年）属石上甲，民国三十二年（1943年）属石上区石上乡。1949年后归永平乡、埔北区；1957年以青华村之名属青溪乡，1958年入埔城公社，1961年改隶青溪公社；1983年为青华乡，1986年复称村，1988年改管理区，1998年设村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村民以林业和种粮为主，烤烟是特色收入；年度农村经济总收入记为946万元。2019年9月，该村名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
