楼脚村是四会市下茆镇的行政村，下设20个村民小组，登记人口2455人，土地约6.6平方公里（博雅地名网所载）^[1]。入选「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」，时间为2026年1月^[1]。

地名由来[edit]

相传陈氏友德祖在明代中叶从三桂山脚迁来定居，当时此地建有一座更鼓楼，房屋起初建在鼓楼下角，称楼角村，后来人口增多、屋舍遍及鼓楼四周，改称楼脚村^[1]。

楼脚大队始于1958年，1987年改设管理区，1998年设村民委员会^[1]。

村里种水稻、蔬菜，养鱼塘，种龙眼、黄皮；镇政府开发了婆塘一带的山地，建成以五金、化工为主的工业园^[1]。2023年5月，垌企巷村、寨仔角村、下巷村、江队村获评2022年广东省卫生村^[1]。
