河东村是广东省肇庆市德庆县新圩镇下辖的行政村，在镇区以东，附近是马圩河与西江的交汇口。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村在新圩镇以东，临近两河交汇处，故名河东。^[1]1949年居金林乡，解放初改称河口乡；1958年10月为红十字会人民公社，1960年并入德城人民公社，1962年改属新圩。1976年划归石角区，1987年并入新圩后叫河口下咀管理区，至1999年定名河东村民委员会。^[1]
